♦ 表一：放棄入學資格確認書(Confirmation for Giving up Admission Qualification)：欲「放棄入學資格」之錄取生至遲須於1/28(三)17點前簽名回傳至tifa910910@nuk.edu.tw。

• 本校將函送最終錄取名單予海聯會(UECOCS)，該會將不再受理名單中我校最終名單上的錄取生申請「個人申請」或「聯合分發」。有意經由海聯會管道申請來台入學的同學，如要放棄本校本梯次單招入學資格，請務必於本期限前簽署(表一)放棄並回傳本處，逾期本校將不再受理放棄資格。
• For those who decide to give up our admission offer and apply for admission through another route handled by Taiwan University Entrance Committee For Overseas Chinese Students (UECOCS), he/she needs to reply us the rigid format (表一) with personal signature before Jan. 28, 2026. Without the confirmation for giving up the admission qualification before the deadline, we will report their admission of NUK based on this admission roster to the Entrance Committee (UECOCS). UECOCS won't accept the application from these admitted students for admission through “Individual Application” or “Distributed Allocation” anymore afterwards.

♦ 表二：入學意願確認書(Confirmation of Enrollment Form)：所有錄取生皆須填覆本表，請於2/9(一)前完成網路報到(簽名回傳至tifa910910@nuk.edu.tw)。

• 依規定時間內辦理「完成網路報到」者，本處始寄發錄取通知書；勾選「放棄入學」或未於規定時間內完成報到者，將不會收到本校核發之錄取通知書。
• Must reply your intention for enrollment by filling it (表二) out and reply us before Feb. 9, 2026. We will mail you the original document of “Admission Letter (with NUK’s approval stamp)” by the registered post once you confirm your intent with us“I plan to attend NUK.”The Admission Letter won’t be sent out if you confirm that “I don’t plan to attend NUK.”or fail to reply us your intention before this dealine.
