國立高雄大學115學年度秋季班國際專修部錄取名冊 NUK's 2026 Fall Admission Roster of International Foundation Program

*注意事項：

註1.正取生須填妥本校入學意願確認書並親筆簽名後掃描成電子檔或拍照，於2026.7.29(三)前回覆入學意願書寄至dia@nuk.edu.tw及ifpnuk@gmail.com，未依規定時間內辦理者，視同放棄錄取資格。

確認就讀本校者，請同時於E-mail中回覆以下2項所需資料：1.入學通知書收件人及地址(含郵遞區號)；2.是否申請校內學生宿舍。

註2. 獲二系/組以上錄取者，須於入學意願確認書中選定一欲就讀之系/組填入。

Note 1. Please reply to us with our Confirmation Form of Intention to enroll. Please fill it out, and email the scanned or photographed form to dia@nuk.edu.tw, ifpnuk@gmail.com by (Wed.) July 29, 2026. Failure to submit it before the deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up our offer of admission.

For those who decide to enroll at NUK, they must reply to us two additional information in the email:

a. Address with ZIP code and Receiver to receive the Letter of Acceptance from NUK;

b. Whether to apply for the on-campus Student Dormitory or not.

Note 2. Those who are admitted by more than two departments/groups, must decide which to enroll by replying to us the intention confirmation form.
